A recap: Designalism Newsroom
developing experimental media productions for a varied audience(s) at Beeld en Geluid
In 2022, we hosted a new and extensive program, called: Designalism Newsroom. At this 'newsroom of the future' at Beeld en Geluid, 18 designers, artists and journalists collaborated on current issues provided by our partners in this program: Pointer (KRO-NCRV), de Volkskrant and NOS.
Designalism Newsroom is a program that encourages promising 'designalists' to develop experimental media productions for a varied audience. Participants worked intensively together to create special narrative formats to achieve a better understanding of current events and to appeal to new audiences.
